About Us
Frangipani School for the Differently Abled was founded in 1994 in Phalaborwa to meet the urgent need for a school that supports children with cognitive and developmental challenges.
Through the generosity of Foskor Limited and unwavering community involvement, we’ve created a space where children can grow, learn, and gain vital life skills.
Despite closing during the COVID-19 crisis, the school was revived by passionate local volunteers and continues to serve families with compassion and hope.
Vision
To be a centre of excellence for differently abled children that provides interventions to equip them with the necessary skills to perform all activities of daily living, enabling them to integrate into society.

Mission
To achieve our vision by involving stakeholders, training current staff, hiring qualified staff, collaborating with therapists, adopting a modern curriculum, renovating infrastructure, securing sustainable funding, and integrating the school within the community.
